Alter lives in your Mac's notch and integrates with everything you're already doing. Whether I'm processing emails, writing articles, youtube scripts, documents, automating workflows, or transcribing files, Alter captures context from any app and lets me build powerful AI-driven automations that really save me time. With Alter you can create automated workflows that grab content from your current window, process it through AI models like Claude or ChatGPT, and send results directly to other apps via Shortcuts or AppleScripts. I've set up actions to help me reply emails, extract insights from content, and help organize content for sharing. Its automation possibilities also allow me to hook it to Superwhisper for more voice-driven AI assistance.
