Belogradchik rocks and Kaleto Fortress, the potential world wonder location that Game of Thrones should of used and missed out on! Located in Northern Bulgaria, about 3 hours away from the Bulgarian capital of Sofia, watching over the sleepy town of Belogradchik are these beautiful, majestic and intricately detailed rocks, fortified by old Italian stone walls. Belogradchik is not just interesting because of its Italian, Bulgarian and Ottoman designs, but more because you are transported to a different time. Truly magical and I am still so surprised that it's such a well hidden gem, with little international touristic interest.
