In this video I’m going to show you how to make egg white wraps from those pesky leftover egg whites! These are great for sandwich wraps, soft taco shells, breakfast burritos, crepes, etc. Have fun getting creative with these wraps! Recipe: Ingredients: 3 large egg whites 1 Tbsp. beef gelatin Pinch of salt Parchment paper Fat or oil of your choosing to grease the parchment paper Directions: -Tear 2 pieces of parchment paper that are big enough to cover your skillet. -Fold the parchment several times to make a long skinny triangle. Put the point of your triangle in the center of your skillet to measure out where the edge will fit in the bottom. Take scissors and cut off the excess. Repeat the process for the second parchment circle. -Preheat skillet over medium heat. -Mix all ingredients in a bowl with an electric whisk or mixer until the egg white mixture is foamy. -Grease each circle of parchment and place one, greased side up in the preheated skillet. -Scoop out enough egg white mixture to spread into a 6” circle on the parchment paper in the skillet. -Set a timer for 2 minutes. -After 2 minutes place the next parchment circle, greased side down, on top of the egg white circle and flip it over in the skillet. -Set 2 minute timer and then carefully remove the parchment paper from the top of the wrap. -After the 2 minute timer move the egg white wrap onto a cooling rack and carefully remove the 2nd parchment paper. -As the wrap cools, it will transform from a stiff, cardboard like texture to a soft pliable wrap. -Repeat the Process until you have three 6” wraps. _-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_- Disclosure: There are Amazon or other affiliate links listed here which means I make a small commission when you order from these links. _-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_- Here are some helpful links to any of the appliances or items you may need in this recipe: Parchment Paper https://amzn.to/4iHDbgG Electric whisk/ immersion blender https://amzn.to/4jhpfKp Cooling rack https://amzn.to/41sLQMr Beef gelatin https://amzn.to/41FCmiu Salt https://amzn.to/4ktExwM Tallow Spray https://amzn.to/3RsrzlH _-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_- Check out my Redbubble shop for any Carnivore, Keto, or Ketovore related merchandise!
