Mirage to Hard Rock Hotel Construction Update 12 13 2025

This is my Mirage to Hard Rock Hotel Construction update taken on Saturday, December 13, 2025. I wanted to come out to the construction site today because I was informed that there was going to be a helicopter on site to move HVAC air handler units in to place. I wasn't sure if the helicopter was still going to be here when I arrived because I had to work this morning. As you can see, it was still here and had a lot of work to do. I did talk to someone from Harris Construction and they are the team in charge of the HVAC system in the new tower. They said they had the helicopter scheduled just for today and the whole operation should last from 7am until about 4:30pm. My video starts on the Caesars Palace parking garage. We get a great view of them hooking up the air handler units as well as when they fueled up the helicopter and changed the cable. I then made my way to the front of the Hard Rock site along Las Vegas Blvd. I used my DJI Osmo Pocket 3 camera to put up over the wall. You can see that they are installing the units on the lower roof area close to where the old Mirage Atrium used to be. It was an awesome site to see the helicopter pilot and crew lifting these units in to place. I end the video from the top of the Treasure Island parking deck.
