Hello everyone.... today I have made mawa or khoya. It’s very popular in India because we make so many Indian sweets with this. This recipe is the best so far I have known. So I thought let me share it with all of you. Let’s start the recipe.... #cookingwitharomas #mawarecipe #homemademkhoya #instantmawarecipeathome #instantkhoyarecipe Ingredients 2 tins evaporated milk 2-3 tbs ghee (clarified butter) Pour the evaporated milk in the big Karahi or deep nonstick pan... add 1 tsp ghee to it. Let it boil until it starts becoming thick n creamy. Keep stirring until it’s ready. You can add ghee in between and keep mixing it. Towards the end you have to keep stirring that it should not stick to the bottom. Once you see it’s becoming very thick slow the heat completely and keep mixing it. Once it’s thick and leaves the pan it’s ready. Let it cool down. You can freeze it and use it later.
