The seller believes that it was used by a department in or near St. Louis, but he could not find the paperwork that came with it. It is not perfect, but it is pretty nice, and it gets compliments whenever I've parked it at restaurants, etc. While it is very comfortable, I'm finding that it's not exactly my style, so I am going to let it go.
