Bonny says the word GRATITUDE makes her think of a balloon, because when she feels gratitude her heart fills up, just like a balloon that floats in the air. Gratitude makes us feel light and happy. Then in the Movement Room, OOPA and Bonny express gratitude for their teachers, friends, nature, places to play, learn, and sleep, and for each other.
