Herbs and Plants are wonderful beings to help us when we need a little Self-Care. For smudging I was using Bay, Sage, Mugwort and Rosemary - details of their properties below. We all need to love ourselves and herbs and plants can help us to do just that. Here I share several ways that I include my favourite plants and herbs in Self Care. Please let me know what you do. I do mindful walking, pick a bouquet of "weeds" from my garden; enjoy a Rose infused oil for a hand massage; smudge my auric field with Bay; enjoy a footbath of Rose and Rosemary and a lovely cup of tea with Chamomile and Rose.
