As a field archeologist, Dr. Frances Gallart Marqués is used to touching art and antiquities in the field. Join Frances as she deconstructs the marble Greek stele "Melisto” and explores companion work, which was meant to be touched in the time it was made. Through touch, Frances ascertains important details about the Greek terracotta sculpture in our collection titled “Doll”—something which could not have been done though sight alone.
