In this energizing TEDxNHS talk, Dr. Lynda Odoh, a Doctor, wellbeing advocate and young mum raises awareness about the silent epidemic of sitting. Through engaging storytelling and practical demonstration, she leads the audience in simple, powerful micro-movements anyone can do at work. Lynda shows that small shifts in our routines and workplaces cultures can reduce physical inactivity and make a big impact to our overall health and wellbeing. Lynda is a GP Registrar with a longstanding passion for promoting physical activity among young people and women. As both a doctor and a young mum, she has always looked for simple, practical ways to stay active amid the demands of work and family life. This curiosity led her to create supportive spaces and digital resources that encourage movement, from leading accountability workout groups during the pandemic to introducing energising micro-routines for busy professionals. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
