Risenation Hall of Fame 2025 - A great show that feels right at home in Mechelen, Belgium. But this aftermovie almost never saw the light of day. THE BACKSTORY: Shortly after returning from Belgium, I hit a filmmaker’s worst nightmare, a corrupted SSD. This was my first time facing data loss. Using recovery software, I managed to recover 90% of the files. But with a catch. Unorganised footage and unplayable clips. At this point, I was completely done with this project. I moved on to new projects and left the "corrupted" folder gathering dust. But while clearing my drives at the end of 2025, I took one last look at the recovered footage. It felt like a waste to leave on a shelf. And so, here we are, the result of what is left of the recovered footage. Enjoy the Aftermovie. Let me know what you think of the edit below.
