The fish finger sandwich is a British institution, It's universal in it's ability to satiate your hunger, and soothe your soul. It's drunk food, it's lazy food, it's comfort food. Whatever you want to call it, it's damn well good! For my American friends and those in other parts of the world who may not have ever heard of the fish finger sandwich, all I can say is you just need to try it, and you'll understand. It's like beans on toast, to outsiders it looks weird, but when you know you know 😉 Now you can go and buy frozen fish fingers, but actually they are super simple to make yourself. Which mean you know what you are eating and you can season the fish fingers to your liking. I am also going to show you how to make a super simple tartar sauce, which again is better than any jarred crap.
