2026 Aprilia Tuareg 660 Update!!: Can Farkles Make a Good Bike a Great Bike?

This is an update to the review of the 2026 Aprilia Tuareg 660 that we reviewed a couple of weeks ago. In that review, I really enjoyed the bike, but there were some glaring issues that keep me from truly enjoying the bike. Namely the stock windscreen was one of the worst that I have every used. The Puig touring windscreen was installed and that made a huge difference. Next, my issue was the fact that a 2026 Aprilia didn't come with an up/down quickshifter from the factory. Once installed and activated, the riding experience greatly increased. Plenty of crash protection was added, courtesy of my friends at T-Rex Racing. Skid Plate, upper crash bars, and headlight guard put the protection spot on and will allow the Tuareg to look good for years. These additions have made this bike to from Good to Great and I would highly recommend the Aprilia Tuareg 660 to anyone looking for a mid-sized adventure bike.
