Heathfield Le Marché (Anglo/French Market) Entertainment, held on August Bank Holiday Monday, 2025.

2025 was the 28th year that Heathfield (East Sussex) held this FREE event on August Bank Holiday Monday (25th). This video gives a glimpse of the entertainment that appeared in the six hours from 10.00 until 16.00, on the stage in Station Road, in the Union Church and in the State Hall (grateful thanks to both for the use of their premises). It is a community event, run entirely by volunteers, and couldn't happen without adjacent houses and businesses providing access to electricity etc. For anyone else needing to hire a stage then that is provided by David Pibworth Stage Hire (07879 414110), with local electrician Chris Roche providing the PA system (07771 995877).
