ESTUARIES - Water Quality Monitoring Network

The Angling Trust's innovative pilot project on the River Ribble to assess the feasibility of citizen science monitoring water quality. With the support of dedicated volunteers from local angling clubs, the pilot project was a great success, showcasing the ability to safely and accurately monitor local estuaries. The Estuary Water Quality Monitoring Network is part of the Angling Trust's Anglers Against Pollution campaign and is now being expanded to other estuaries across England.
