Maple Marshmallows 1 c clean water 3 1/2 tbs grass fed gelatin 1 tsp vanilla 1/2- 1 c organic maple syrup Organic Powdered Cane Sugar for dusting Bloom gelatin in cold water. Once bloomed, add to saucepan and heat to medium. Dissolve gelatin and add maple syrup. Remove mixture from heat, whip with a stand mixer for about 15-20 mins on high. You'll know when it's ready when It's thick + fluffy. Dust baking dish with powdered cane sugar. Pour Into baking dish and leave them on the counter or fridge overnight. Dust top again with powdered cane sugar.
