How to make a Classic Paloma cocktail: INGREDIENTS USED (IN ORDER SHOWN): Plate of Tajin chili lime seasoning Lime wedge to wet the glass rim 1/2 oz (15 ml) fresh lime juice 2 oz (60 ml) silver tequila 3-5 oz (90-150 ml) grapefruit soda Garnish with a lime wheel EQUIPMENT USED: Highball glass Bar spoon INSTRUCTIONS: Get yourself a plate of Tajin chili lime seasoning. Run a lime wedge along the rim of your highball glass. Dip your glass into the Tajin and cover it generously with the delicious salty goodness. Fill the glass with ice and add the ingredients as listed above. Yes, I add the ice first, I like the ingredients to get super chilled over the ice and this drink doesn't last long enough for the ice to melt. Stir for a few seconds, just enough to mix it. Garnish with a lime wheel and get ready to make another one because it will go fast. NOTE: I don't like to name specific brands of alcohol because everyone has their favorites and it takes away from the core build of the drink. Also, I'm always discovering new brands and trying them in these very cocktails. However, if you would like suggestions, feel free to put it in the comments and I'll post the brands that I enjoy.
