Peach Pie (inspired by Heidi Marie's strawberry pie): For the Glaze - 1- 3oz box peach jello 3/4 cup sugar 2 T cornstarch 2 cups cold water 1 T butter 5-6 peaches Combine the first four ingredients in a saucepan, and boil for 10 mins. Remove from heat and add butter. Cool. Peel and slice peaches. Add peaches to almost completely cooled glaze. Refrigerate for several hours until set. Top with whipped cream and serve!
