There’s a lot of debate around eggs like milk vs cream vs water, when to season, how to cook them, but this is my go-to method that works every time. The biggest scrambled egg mistakes people make are overcooking, overmixing, and overthinking! I love keeping it simple with salt, pepper, a splash of water, and good timing. Subscribe NOW: / @aguarnaschelli Ingredients: 3 large eggs Kosher salt Freshly ground black pepper Splash of water Butter for the pan Serves 1-2 Instructions: Step 1. Crack + Season Crack the eggs into a bowl on a flat surface, not the edge. Add salt, pepper, and a small splash of water. Whisk to combine. Step 2. Heat the Pan Heat a pan over medium heat and add a small amount of butter. Let it melt gently. Don’t let it brown too much. Step 3. Cook the Eggs Pour in the eggs and let them sit briefly. Then gently pull and fold using a spatula to create soft curds. Step 4. Don’t Overcook Cook for about 1 minute total. Remove from heat slightly before they’re done. They’ll keep cooking! Step 5.
