What’s up guys. Today I’ll be comparing the 147 Gr 9MM HST, 180 Gr .40S&W HST, and the 230 Gr .45ACP HST in 10% Clear ballistics gelatin covered by 1 layer of fleece material, and 1 layer of cotton T-shirt material. I use these 2 to keep the test more realistic, as per se, 4 layers of denim. I will agree that if a round will expand through those 4 layers of denim then it will expand through anything, but i want my testing to be more realistic. ClearBallistics 5% off code: “WC5” Handguns used in this test are: Glock 17 Gen 5, 4.49” barrel Glock 22 Gen 5, 4.49” barrel Glock 21 Gen 4, 4.61” barrel To be fair in my comparison, I used these three firearms as they are the same size and length, aside from the Glock 21 being a tad bit larger overall. I do not expect the 0.11” of extra barrel length to made a difference in performance. All shots were fired from 10 feet away. Muzzle to block. Remember guys, this video is t to start a debate.
