This easy and TASTY recipe makes use of homemade GARLIC IDLI PODI, and the combination of ghee and spicy idli podi turns regular idlis into a delicious dish! Here, I’ve cubed the idlis into smaller pieces to coat them perfectly with spices and seasonings. Adjust the spice level based on your taste.
