Get this 350Mhz 3-in-1 Scope here: https://amzn.to/3Ii6hpt This scope has a 350Mhz bandwidth but only for one channel. If you use 2 channels it will only be 150Mhz each. The function generator can do 50Mhz sine but for other waves, the maximum frequency will be lower. But most useful and important feature of this scope is the Frequency Response Analyzer that allows you to plot frequency response of a filter or amplifier in amplitude and phase. This type of functionality can be pretty costly on its own and more than the cost of the entire scope. In addition, you get a 350Mhz spectrum analyzer although it seems the bandwidth cuts off really at 500Mhz. It is not even just a FFT on the scope. It's a true spectrum analyzer that allows you to view the start/stop frequency and allows you to pick the center frequency with a span.
