Here's a throwback to my "proud" role as "Mac", the Assistant Brewmaster to Alexander Keith circa 1820. I lead all manner of patrons through the historic brewery explaining the process, leading into the cooperage, and so much more... Using my background in improv training from Second City, Grafton Street Theatre, and a Neptune Theatre script consultant, along with "occasional" departures, veering into baritone rumblings of "Stan" ballads as I mopped and swept the brewhouse. In-between tours I composed on an antique desk aka my office with quill and parchment. I guess you could say I haunted Ye Olde Farmers Market from about the time I turned 18. I sang my first bar song, "Who Do You Love?" at Alexander's Pub, with the help of "sociable" friends. A nice maritime, holiday memory. Cheers & Blessings to you and yours!
