How (not) to make KREMŠNITA | Croatian custard cream pie The Samoborska kremšnita is known for having a puff pastry top, predominantly custard cream filling and is finished with a dust of icing sugar. Which I simply forgot because it was going everywhere haha! Didn't let it rest enough in the fridge. 😅 It is a great dessert/afternoon treat which seems heavy at first because it is served in huge slices but the light filling makes the cake easy to eat and not too heavy.
