ANIMATION | How to Build a Digital Archive

We are back to digitising and have something special for the little ones. We recently created animated tutorial videos to show them how to digitise their precious archives at home. This tutorial was voiced by Stycie Waweru, best known for her role in Supa Modo! Gather the young ones and join us online for a fun-filled activity as they digitise their photographs, school reports and so much more. 🎬Credits by Amitations ******* In February 2021, we completed digitisation of approx. 31, 549 items housed at the McMillan Memorial Library. These items had been identified as some of the rarest and most endangered items in the library due to the impact of climate change. These items are now publicly available online here: http://bit.ly/NRBLibrariesArchive. In October 2021, we began our second phase of digitisation work with the aim of digitising a total of 40,000 items.
