The batteries were dying in the transmitter and so the audio is a tad scratchy toward the end. I had a custom magwell engraving done by one company, just as a 'never done before' and as I got into it, decided to 'make' and SBR, which, work needs to be done prior to applying an ATF Form 1. I had this NFA text done by another company. To some, this may seem strange but part of this all is learning and experiencing. This is my first NFA device and laws and rules do change over time and since enforcement is by these things we call people, vary state to state.
