David Woolverton has been a full-time pastor for over 38 years, primarily serving churches facing turnaround situations and helping them reimagine mission and ministry. Currently, he is serving as the Senior Pastor at Saint Paul’s Church in Elizabethtown, PA. David has degrees in psychology and religion, divinity, and conflict leadership, as well intensive clinical training in hospital chaplaincy. He serves as an affiliate professor and faculty mentor at Kairos University, and is a clergy mentor, workshop leader, and consultant in church conflict and transition. He is the author of "Mission Rift: Leading through Church Conflict"; "Prophet & Loss: Embracing Grief, Nurturing Resilience, and Harnessing Authentic Leadership"; and his recently released "Reviving the Remnant: Recovering God’s Plan for Awakening His Church," from which this conversation is drawn.
