I used to just 'believe' that everyone was fundamentally good. Then that belief became an absolute rock-solid knowing. In this video I share the metaphor of the diamond, the horse sh!t, and the nail varnish. It highlights the fact that we are all diamonds - but we collected horse sh!t along the way and believed it was who we are - so then we covered it with nail varnish to try and pretend we had it all together.
