Welcome, to The Whisky Bible. This week I'm going to be taking a look at the Glenallachie 12 Year Old. A long time personal favourite, and an absolute go-to from the shelf. This is one of the first Whiskies that really grabbed me. I've become a huge fan of this distillery since drinking this, and have a fair few bottles on the shelf.
