Sweet Potato Casserole 2 big cans of yams, drained and mashed Brown Sugar 1/2 cup Marshmallows to cover Butter 1/2 cup dotted on top yams on bottom, brown sugar, butter, then marshmallows oven at 350 till bubbly and browned on top Corn Pudding Casserole 1 can of whole-kernel sweet corn 1 can of creamed corn 1 cup of sour cream 1/2 cup melted butter Jiffy Cornbread Muffin Mix *Mix everything then pour into a buttered 8x8 casserole and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until a knife comes out of the center clean. Cornbread & Sausage Stuffing 1 tube ofJimmy Dean Sage Breakfast Sausage 1 cup onion 1 cup bell pepper 1 cup celery 2 8x8 cornbreads parsley flakes thyme garlic powder onion powder chicken bullion powder Tony Chachere Creole Seasoning chicken broth as much as needed precook the cornbread the night before and let rest uncovered in the refrigerator or covered on the counter, cook down sausage and vegetables and add seasoning (measure with your heart) add some chicken broth and mix into the cornbread, add more broth till it looks right. pour into a buttered 9x13 casserole and bake at 375 for about 25 to 30 minutes. Green Bean Casserole 2 cans cut green beans 1 can cream of mushroom black pepper Crispy Onions mix cans and 2/3 cup of onions with black pepper then pour into 8x8 casserole and cook at 350 for 20 minutes, add the rest of the crispy onions and bake an additional 5 minutes.
