Healthy Fusion⭕ / @healthyfoodfusion Food Fusion Kids⭕ / @foodfusionkids Serves 4-5 Recipe in English: Ingredients: Prepare Tamarind Water: -Imli (Tamarind) ½ Cup -Water 2 Cups -Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp -Iodized Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste -Hari mirch (Green chilli) finely chopped ½ tsp Prepare Chana Chaat Masala: -Amchoor powder (Dry mango powder) 1 tsp -Sonth powder (Dry ginger powder) 1 tsp -Hing powder (Asafoetida powder) ½ tsp -Kala namak (Black salt) 1 tsp -Iodized Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste -Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tbs -Sabut lal mirch (Button red chillies) 4-5 -Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) 1 tsp Prepare Chana Chaat: -Chanay (Chickpeas) boiled 2 Cups -Aloo (Potato) boiled 1 medium -Pyaz (Onion) chopped ½ Cup -Tamatar (Tomato) chopped ½ Cup -Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped 1 tbs -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful -Podina (Mint leaves) chopped handful -Aloo (Potatoes) boiled 3-4 medium Prepare Tadka: -Olive oil 1-2 tbs -Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp -Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 tbs -Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp -Rai dana (Mustard seeds) 1 tsp -Sukhi lal mirch (Dry red chillies) 2-3 -Curry patta (Curry leaves) 5-6 Assembling: -Papri Directions: Prepare Tamarind Water: -In a saucepan,add tamarind,water & bring it to boil. -Add red chilli crushed,pink salt,green chilli,mix well & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes. -Let it cool then remove tamarind seeds & set aside. Prepare Chana Chaat Masala: -In a spice mixer,add dry mango powder,dry ginger powder,asafoetida powder,black salt,pink salt, cumin seeds,button red chillies,coriander seeds & grind well.Chana chaat masala is ready! Prepare Chana Chaat: -In a balti,add chickpeas,potato,onion,tomato,green chilli,prepared chana chaat masala (1-2 tsp),fresh coriander,mint leaves & mix well.Chana chaat is ready! -In a bowl,add potatoes & mash well. -Add 1 tsp prepared chana chaat masala,mix well & set aside. Prepare Tadka: -In a tadka pan,add cooking oil,ginger garlic paste,onion,mix well & cook for 30 seconds. -Add cumin seeds,mustard seeds & mix well. -Add dry red chillies,curry leaves & mix well. Assembling: -In a serving bowl,add 2 scoops of mashed potato & spread it with a spoon. -Add prepared chana chaat,prepared tamarind water,papri,prepared tadka,sprinkle prepared chana chaat masala & serve!
