Encysted Hydrocele of the cord - Short case for Surgery.

There is a swelling which is confined on right side of hemiscrotum measuring about 2×3 cm in diameter & Pyriform in shape.Overlying skin condition is normal with normal scrotal rugosity.There is no visible cough impulse .Penis is normally situated,cylindrical in shape & circumcised.Local temparature is not raised,non-tender & cystic in consistancy.Fluctuation test positive ,Transillumination test positive & swelling is non reducible.Get above the swelling possible.Palpable cough impulse negative.There is no meatal stenosis.Traction test positive.Opposite hemiscrotum is normal &testis is palpable on the buttom of the scrotum.So my diagnosis is ...... Right sided Encysted Hydrocele of the Cord.
