Christmas is widely celebrated around the world as the birth of Jesus Christ. But what does Islam say about Christmas? Does Islam recognize Jesus (Isa A.S)? Is celebrating Christmas allowed in Islam? In this episode of Deeni Encyclopedia, we present a clear and authentic Islamic perspective on Christmas, based entirely on the Qur’an-e-Majeed and Islamic beliefs — without bias, disrespect, or confusion. 🔹 Islamic View of Jesus (Isa A.S) Islam holds Isa ibn Maryam (Jesus, son of Mary) as one of the greatest Prophets of Allah, born miraculously without a father by the command of Allah. 📖 Qur’an Reference: “Indeed, the example of Jesus to Allah is like that of Adam. He created Him from dust; then He said to him, ‘Be,’ and he was.” (Surah Aal-e-Imran 3:59) 🔹 Virgin Birth of Maryam (Mary, عليها السلام) Islam honors Maryam as one of the most righteous women ever created. 📖 Qur’an Reference: “She said, ‘How can I have a son when no man has touched me?’ He said, ‘Thus it will be; Allah creates what He wills.’” (Surah Aal-e-Imran 3:47) 🔹 Islamic Position on Christmas While Islam respects Jesus (Isa AS) deeply, it does not celebrate Christmas, because: Islam does not confirm an exact date for the birth of Isa A.S Islam rejects the belief that Jesus is the son of God Islam emphasizes pure monotheism (Tawheed) 📖 Qur’an Reference: “He (Jesus) said, ‘Indeed, Allah is my Lord and your Lord, so worship Him. That is the straight path.’” (Surah Maryam 19:36) 📖 Another Reference: “They have certainly disbelieved who say, ‘Allah is the Messiah, the son of Mary.’” (Surah Al-Ma’idah 5:72) In This Podcast, You Will Learn: Who is Jesus (Isa ﷺ) in Islam Why Muslims do not celebrate Christmas What the Qur’an says about Maryam and Isa A.S Difference between respect and religious imitation True Islamic belief based on Qur’an-e-Majeed --- 🎧 Listen, learn, and share authentic Islamic knowledge. 📺 Subscribe to Deeni Encyclopedia for Quran-based education, history, and faith discussions. #ChristmasInIslam #IsaAS #IslamicPerspective #Quran #DeeniEncyclopedia #IslamicPodcast #Prophet Esa A.S
