Joanna had been missing since May 2004. Rodriguez claimed a similar story with Joanna, that she became violent with him when he refused to pay her for favors... Rosendo Rodriguez was convicted in 2008 of capital murder, with Summer being pregnant acting as a aggravating factor... He was sentenced to death. Rodriguez was executed at the Huntsville Unit on March 27, 2018, the day after his 38th birthday.
