Notter Bridge Park is a private, family-run holiday park near Saltash in Cornwall, offering luxury lodge and static caravan holiday homes on beautiful riverside or woodland pitches. Notter Bridge Park has with direct access to the River Lynher and our private fishing lakes (licensed Salmon and Sea Trout fishing). Despite its seclusion, the park also offers excellent access to the nearby naval city of Plymouth (approximately 9 miles away). Set in 11 acres of grassland, the park is nestled in a sheltered valley surrounded by a variety of natural wildlife. A private slipway for canoes and boats gives access to miles of waterways. It is a haven for duck and birds of all varieties including Buzzards, Kingfishers, and Herons, and there is even the occasional visiting otter to be spotted around the park's beautiful and private woodland walkways. Plymouth offers a historic seaport, extensive shopping outlets and eateries, and attractions such as an aquarium, Mount Edgecombe, and Saltram House. The park can be a central base for visiting nearby Looe and Cawsand, and the beaches of Whitsand Bay (just 15 minutes' drive away). There is easy access to the A38, giving a direct route to explore the rest of Cornwall's attractions and coastline. The local area also boasts an award winning golf course, St Mellion (a Jack Nicklaus-designed course) just 15 minutes' drive away, along with its superior leisure facilities open to all. China Blue Pottery is also just 20 minutes away by car. The nearest supermarket (Waitrose) is approximately 2 minutes' drive away. Notter Bridge Park offers Wi-Fi access to its owners, a laundry, and an on-site resident manager. The nearest pub, the Notter Bridge Inn, is just opposite the park's entrance.
