We try the year round Hop Yard Ale, which is dry hopped as compared to their seasonal 3 Fields Harvest. The big difference between the two is how this one is what I would consider a very hoppy, almost a hop bomb. However, if you are a fan of IPA, this might appeal to you. I'd recommend trying both the hop yard & 3 fields to see the difference. Nice deep golden color, you smell hops with a very light citrus notes, this would probably pair well with spicy food, BBQ or peppered gouda cheese. http://garrisonbrewing.com/ Deep golden, medium bodied & nicely bitter, Hopyard Pale is exceptional in the West Coast style. Generous hopping in the boil and further dry-hopping produce a fruity/floral aroma and refreshingly bitter finish. A true thirst-quencher!
