We got to follow Vladdy Guerrero Jr.’s full 6-hour workout and I did my best to keep up…🔥This was his 2nd offseason at Nicole Gabriel Training in Tampa and this place is no joke. This day was so much fun and se can’t wait to meet up with Vladdy again🇩🇴 We’ve met and interviewed Vladdy a few times now and he’s always the homie💯Bro is a superstar and one of the best players in the MLB right now. He’s a 4x All-Star, Gold Glover, Silver Slugger, Regular Season Home Run Champion, Home Run Derby Champion, and the list goes on🦾 It was so dope to see what an elite level athlete like him does behind-the-scenes to get ready for the season. First we spent a couple hours in the gym, hitting some upper body lifts, and a bunch of crazy balance and stabilisation movements I’d never seen before. Next, we went to a local high school field and did a speed workout on the track. We then wrapped up the day with some ground balls and batting practice at a local high school with several other MLB Players. All of this took almost 7 hours!! Since he first entered the league, Vladdy has transformed his body and lost around 40 lbs. and working with Nicole Gabriel Training over the last 2 offseasons has taken him to another level. Huge thank you to Nicole and Johnny for helping us out during this workout!! This video was filmed January 27, 2025 so Vladdy was only a couple weeks out from MLB Spring Training. We can’t wait to watch Vladdy tear it up this year with the Toronto Blue Jays!! Vladdy is the absolute homie and this was so much fun…Should I try another workout with him in the future?
