In the thrilling 9th episode of Catering Circle's Season 8 Talent Show Awards, Minhaz Miah, Director of the renowned Maharani Restaurant in Ipswich, emerged victorious! This episode, aired live on Channel S (Sky 777), highlighted innovative strategies around "HR, Recruitment, and Training." Contestants shared inspiring methods for tackling HR challenges, hiring skilled staff, and enhancing team training for restaurant success. A distinguished panel of judges, including Channel S Chairman Ahmed Us Samad Chowdhury JP and Work Permit Cloud’s Managing Director Lutfor Rahman, evaluated contestants through three intense rounds. Special judges included Training Consultant Arlene auf der Mauer, Training Consultant Jamal Ahmed, HR expert Sheikh Afif al Jame, and Catering Circle's Executive Member Touris Ali. The mentors, including past Talent Show winners Tajwar Selim and Shahriar Uddin, supported contestants in showcasing their unique HR approaches. After a close competition, Minhaz Miah’s strategies stood out, securing him the win.
