Schezwan Noodles Recipe | Street Style | Spicy Indo-Chinese at Home Street Style Schezwan Noodles 😍 | Spicy & Saucy | Better Than Outside This Schezwan Noodles Recipe Is 🔥 | Full Street Taste at Home Here’s a simple and tasty Egg and Veg Schezwan Noodles recipe you can make at home 🍜 🍳 Egg Veg Noodles Recipe (Indo-Chinese Style) Ingredients: Noodles Eggs – 1 Oil – 2 tbsp Garlic – 1 tbsp (finely chopped) Ginger – 1 tsp (finely chopped) Mixed vegetables – 1 cup (Red and Yellow capsicum, cabbage, spring onion) Vinegar – 1 tsp Black pepper – ½ tsp Salt – to taste China salt - 1/2 tsp Ketchup - 1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce - 1 tbsp Chili Sauce 1 tbsp Schezwan Sauce - 1 tbsp Spring onion greens – for garnish Method: Boil noodles Cook egg noodles as per packet instructions. Drain, wash with little cold water and toss with a few drops of oil. Keep aside. Prepare eggs Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok or pan. Add garlic and ginger. Beat eggs lightly with a pinch of salt and pepper. Add in a pan Add veggies and stir fry, sauté for a few seconds. Combine everything Add boiled noodles. Add vinegar, pepper, and salt. Add ketchup, chili sauce, soy sauce and schezwan sauce. Toss well on high heat for 1–2 minutes. Sprinkle spring onion greens. Garnish & serve Serve hot with chilli sauce or manchurian. ⭐ Tips Use high flame for authentic restaurant-style taste. Don’t overcook vegetables—they should stay crunchy.
