This is a classic tone wood pairing that makes for a balanced, even response with plenty of warmth and an articulate high-end. The hollow body construction gives the tone depth and dynamics. At 2" body depth and and 13.5" lower bout, this body isn't huge, but it's big enough to provide tonal depth. The vintage soft "U" neck shape is made from mahogany and maple, and it has 22 vintage-style frets on a rosewood fretboard with pearloid block inlays. The 24.75" scale length creates an easy, slinky feel that encourages big bends. For pickups, the M-75 has two Guild "Frequency Tested" Single-Coils. They sound great clean and really fatten up with some distortion. Other features include a bone nut and deluxe enclosed tuners with cream buttons. If you're looking of the best of the best in a hollow body design, you've found it.
