Captain Scarlet and the Mysterons was one of my favourite Gerry Anderson supermarionation programs ! But more than that I loved the Dinky toys as a kid, well apart from one of them. A new range of toys was created in 1968 for captain scarlet and the mysterons by dinky toys, the SPV (Spectrum Pursuit Vehicle) SPC (Spectrum Patrol Car) & MSV (Maximum Security Vehicle) I never understood why the made the maximum security vehicle instead of the angel interceptor which would have been a much better toy to make. That aside the spectrum pursuit vehicle is epic, it’s a solid toy with great miniature engineering, it fires a rocket, captain scarlet pops out the side of it, it’s got ariels wheels and tank tracks and the box artwork is very cool to !
