Their menu features a “New Haven’s Original Apizza,” a tomato pie on a thin, coal-fired crust that pays homage to its Connecticut roots. I had the pleasure of reviewing two standout pizzas: “The Foundation,” a classic plain cheese pizza, and “The Boggy Bomb,” topped with tomato sauce, shredded mozzarella, homemade sausage, bacon, and bacon jam. Both were phenomenal! The crust is thin and foldable, the sauce is smooth, and the mozzarella is top-notch.
