Lisbon’s Paper Mill trail along the beautiful Sabattus River provides a canopy of oaks and pines. This paved trail is short, but perfect for a peaceful stroll. It won’t take long to complete this trail, but you will likely stop and enjoy the river in multiple spots, so easily a trail that you might spend hours exploring. There’s the remains of a bridge built over a hundred years ago, and brooks and streams emptying into the Sabattus. Beautiful trail.
