https://www.sullivancadillac.com/ - High-Definition Surround Vision helps you see around your vehicle at low speeds. The High-Definition Surround Vision Rear Vision and Front Vision Camera features can help you see and avoid objects you may not otherwise see around your vehicle during low speed driving and parking. The cameras are located near the front grille, on the bottom of both side view mirrors and on the rear of the vehicle. High-Definition or HD Surround Vision displays a high resolution top down image of the area immediately surrounding your vehicle. When enabled, this view is shown automatically alongside either rear or front vision views. As equipped High-Definition Surround Vision allows the driver to select preferred views by pressing the camera views buttons on the Infotainment display. For example, the front and rear junction views may help you see to the left or right during front or rear cross traffic situations. The front and rear overhead views may help you in parking such as when pulling close to a curb or wall. The front and rear bold views can help you see a front or rear perspective of your vehicle and the surrounding environment when parking next to other vehicles or structures. The side forward and side rear views can help you see the sides of your vehicle relative to other objects such as when parallel parking. The front and rear perspective views may help you see obstacles that are directly in front of or behind your vehicle. Such as when entering or exiting your garage or driveway. Vehicle path guidelines may also be displayed during certain views which can be turned OFF by pressing the Guideline On/Off button on the Infotainment display. When shifting from Reverse to Drive, the front view is displayed automatically. If the vehicle is equipped with Front Park assist, front views are displayed when an object is detected within 1 foot of the bumper. Please be aware that these camera features have blind spots outside of the camera’s field of view, below the bumper, under the vehicle and near the corners of the vehicle. Never drive using only the cameras; always look around the vehicle before driving and continue to look out and scan around the vehicle during low speed driving. Also keep in mind that the apparent distance of objects as judged from the camera view may be different than the actual distance.
