Motovlogging History: Boxgrove Priory & Bignor Roman Villa

This wonderful little explore had me visit an old Benedictine priory in West Sussex which was founded in 1107 for 3 monks. The priory church became Boxgrove’s parish church after the Suppression of the Monasteries in the 1500s. I also ventured over to the Roman villa at Bignor, and was utterly blown away by how well it has been preserved, 2000 years old and the mosaics on the floors still look amazing and so very beautiful. I hope you enjoy this visit as much as I did, the Roman Villa was an utter gem, I am so pleased I went and explored it.
