This helps with digestion and constipation, as well as bloating. Twisting yoga poses are also associated with the 3rd chakra, or ManiPura (the Solar Plexus Chakra). Especially if you're battling something like IBS or anxiety and stress-related constipation, slow digestion can be downright painful.
