Join us as Custom Flavors celebrates the groundbreaking of our brand-new East Coast production and innovation facility in Concord, North Carolina! A milestone in our journey to bring exceptional flavor solutions faster, closer, and with even greater innovation. Key Highlights: Strategic East Coast Expansion: Once complete, this facility will double our flavor production capacity and triple our flavor development space, empowering us to create and refine custom flavor profiles with greater speed and precision. Enhanced Reach & Efficiency: Ideally located near Concord-Padgett Regional Airport and Concord Mills Mall, our new site will allow us to deliver custom flavors to 85% of the U.S. within just two business days, starting Q4 2025. Innovation-Driven Infrastructure: Phase 1 includes upgraded production areas, application labs, a test kitchen, and offices. Future phases will introduce specialized spaces such as an R&D flavor lab, pilot lab, quality control lab, and two applications labs—purpose-built to advance flavor research, formulation, and testing with industry-leading hygiene and safety standards. Local Economic Impact: This project will create 30 new jobs over the next three years in food science, flavor production, and quality control, further strengthening our ability to develop and deliver world-class flavor solutions.
