Big Ideas for Better Places Guest #50: Nick Tilsen Nick Tilsen is the founding Executive Director of the Thunder Valley Community Development Corporation and is now helping build the NDN Collective. During his tenure, Thunder Valley CDC has done some of the most interesting and innovative community building work ever seen. They have been able to remain primarily community activists and organizers even while rapidly growing the team and expanding their programs. They have engaged just about every component of what is involved in building a community. They do economic development, cultural preservation, affordable housing and so much more. A lot of this can be traced back to Nick's vision and ability to bring people together. We are so excited to be able to share his perspective and a portion of his wisdom.
