Super Fun & Effective Baseball Hand-Eye Coordination Drill [FERBER FLIPS]
In this video I share with you a unique and fun hand-eye coordination drill for baseball that I recently learned from @coachferber on instagram. All you need is a deck of playing cards and some super quick and soft hands to catch them. The card thrower is going to gently toss or flips the cards one at a time to the card catcher and call out a hand for them to catch the card with. This requires the player to be ready, quick, and precise in their actions! The best part about this drill is that there are always playing cards laying around the baseball locker room so there's no excuse not to get this drill in sometimes.
