Overcome internal Os stenosis during office hysteroscopy

During Office #Hysteroscopy procedures, sometimes we see, a stenosis of the internal Os. It is important to know, how to overcome it, specially, in office procedures without anesthesia. Remember that the cervix, and the uterine cavity, are rich on pressure innervation, it is imperative to avoid acute movements, or the use of force. Our case is of a young woman with trophysm, and the tissue is laxe. We use the grasper forceps, to overcome the stenosis, we introduce the tip of the grasper, inside the internal Os, and open it gently. Slowly the pass becomes wider, an open grasper has around 6mm, and the scope can pass through, without pressure or pain.
